Ejaz Tauseef Shamsi is the Founder and President of ETS Ventures Limited, bringing over two decades of global experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. A UK-qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and MBA graduate from one of Pakistan’s most reputable institutions, he began his career in Transaction Advisory Services with a Big Four firm in Saudi Arabia, where he built feasibility studies and valuation models for major greenfield and expansion projects. Over his career, Ejaz has advised, structured, and executed deals exceeding USD 14 billion, including IPOs, M&As, recapitalizations, and complex cross-border transactions

A career highlight was his leadership in structuring Saudi Arabia’s first USD 75 million private equity fund for a prominent local group, a pioneering milestone in the region. His expertise spans multiple industries—oil & gas, petrochemicals, cement, steel, real estate, poultry, healthcare, and technology—giving him a unique ability to navigate diverse markets and build transformative ventures. Beyond finance, Ejaz has consistently focused on aligning operational excellence with innovative strategies to deliver sustainable growth

Today, as President of ETS Ventures, Ejaz leads investments and partnerships across infrastructure, energy, sports, media, healthcare, agriculture, waste management, and technology. He also serves as President of ETS Star Project Management Services in Dubai, Vice Chairman of Agro Tunas Global Food and KRM Foods in Türkiye, and Managing Partner at iFinance.ae in the UAE.
